large group beyond the traditional Class A Truck Driver. More importantly, it is the

responsibility of both the employer AND the individual to know if they are required to meet

these regulations.

· Who is required to be in a testing program

· Specific federal requirements for the testing

· Current enforcement initiatives and penalties (Civil & Criminal)

· How to Comply

There is no fee for this morning information session and coffee, but pre-registration is required.

No later than Wednesday, February 16, call RCC Continuing Education at 422-1465 or email

continuing.education@redlandscc.edu to pre-register so we can plan for coffee and seating.
